We have just come back from SITEVNITECH CHINA, the most important exhibition in China held from June 13th to 15th in the city of Yinchuan, located in Ningxia province. Most of interest and curiosity focused particularly on our patent the Vacuum System press associated to the utilization of inert gas in grapes processing. Such a success witnesses the growing attention to quality aspects in vinification in the Asiatic giant.
