From November 12th to 15th, the SIMEI, the International Exhibition of Machinery for Winemaking and Bottling, returns to the Milan fairgrounds!

We will be pleased to welcome you at Hall 1 – G02 H09, where we will showcase our latest innovations.

This year, we have some exciting news: we will be exhibiting the new patented continuous grape/must cooling system, ALCRYO VORTEX 10, developed in collaboration with Air Liquide. You will also find our new patented technology, the Vacuum System OMNIA press, which uses an innovative pressing method for various types of fruit.

Additionally, we will present the latest technologies related to Industry 4.0 & 5.0. All of our solutions are designed with a strong commitment to sustainability, featuring zero environmental impact and reduced energy consumption.
