Operation is managed entirely from the PLC, providing an easy-to-use on-board control panel, which allows the operator to instantaneously evaluate the operating parameters and make immediate adjustments according to specific requirements. Able to support the production of all wine varieties thanks to its completeness and versatility, these machines use inert gases (such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and argon) to provide hygienic-sanitary protection for the product which translated into an increase in the organoleptic standards that can be achieved.
