The ALCRYO VORTEX 10 represents the technological evolution for continuous rapid cooling of destemmed and crushed grapes. This innovative plant, developed by SIPREM INTERNATIONAL in collaboration with AIR LIQUIDE, uses liquid nitrogen to ensure uniform and effective cooling, enhancing product quality and optimizing the production process.

The system is based on an AISI 304 stainless steel tank with a capacity of 25 hl, wrapped in a transparent food-grade rubber spiral designed to withstand temperatures down to -30°C. This design guarantees:
